Our Malmö property is located at Kaptensgatan 1 in central Malmö, a short walk from Malmö Central Station and well connected to the rest of the city by public transport. The property is currently being renovated and repositioned as a modern apartment hotel, with completion expected in 2027.
The renovation focuses on sustainable redevelopment, with extensive reuse of existing materials alongside fully renewed interiors, inventory and room functionality. The result will be a new standard for serviced apartment stays in Malmö.
