What is the job about?

We are looking for an experienced night shift team member in Oslo. As a Customer Service and Administration employee at Vander, you will play a central role in guest contact and the daily operations of our apartments in Norway and Sweden. You will handle guest enquiries, follow up reservations, monitor operations and ensure everything runs smoothly through the night.

Your tasks

  • Daily contact with guests by phone and email
  • Working in our Property Management System
  • Registering and following up bookings and customer agreements for both private and corporate guests
  • Responding to enquiries professionally and efficiently
  • Following up payments, requests and agreements
  • General customer service and office tasks
  • Close collaboration with other internal departments

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone with experience working nights, preferably from hotel, customer service, security or similar roles. You are independent, responsible and able to keep overview and deliver high quality even when working alone.

We believe you have:

  • Experience from night shift roles or shift work
  • Strong service mindset and high reliability
  • Good IT skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Ability to work structured and independently
  • Good communication skills in both Norwegian and English
  • Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays
  • Motivation to learn more about the industry and develop further
