Hotel Apartments in Central Malmö
Sky Hotel Apartments, part of Vander Group, took over the operations of Malmö City on 15 May 2026. Located at Kaptensgatan 1 in central Malmö, the property features 243 hotel apartment rooms for guests looking for a comfortable and central stay in the city.
The property will undergo a full renovation during 2026 and 2027 before being rebranded under the Vander name, expanding our range of apartment hotels and modern accommodation in Malmö.

Inre Hamnen Apartment Hotel in Norrköping
In May 2025, Vander opened a new apartment hotel at Skeppskajen in Inre Hamnen, one of Norrköping’s central waterfront areas. The property offers 71 fully equipped apartments in a convenient location within walking distance of the city centre and Norrköping Central Station.

From Oslo to Apartment Hotels Across Scandinavia
Our story began in Oslo in 2009 with Bjørvika Apartments. In 2020, we expanded into Sweden through the acquisition of Sky Hotel Apartments, strengthening our offering of furnished apartments and apartment hotel accommodation in Scandinavia.
In 2022, we introduced a new brand identity – VANDER – created with a lot of love and inspired by the Direction North design concept. Vander was developed to bring together modern apartments, Scandinavian design and the convenience of a hotel for both short and extended stays.
Since then, we have continued to grow by joining forces with The Apartments Company and Frogner House in Stavanger, expanding our presence and welcoming more guests across our Scandinavian destinations.
Today, Vander is proud to be one of the largest apartment hotel chains in Scandinavia, offering flexible accommodation for leisure travel, business stays and longer visits.
